Graduation ceremony of 23 youth with disabilities at VTC/Burehe
On 18 July 2018, Bishop Servilien Nzakamwita of Byumba, UPHLS Executive Director and different Local authorities attended a graduation ceremony of 23 youth with disabilities after six months training in tailoring and knitting at VTC/Burehe in Rulindo district.
