Carrier guidance

Carrier guidance is one of the pre-placement activities given to Youth With Disabilities. Those who are selected to join vocational schools/TVETs receive the help to gives them the skills and knowledge that match or fit with their abilities as well as their interest. This orientation for the youth is a chance for them to get information about the opportunities in their field through findings from local labor market assessments. This helps students gain an understanding of the possibilities of their future and how their area of knowledge can be useful. Furthermore, brings awareness about the employability of youth with disabilities.
