Carrier guidance

Carrier guidance is one of the pre-placement activities given to the Youth With Disabilities who are selected to join vocational schools/TVETs to help them to acquire the skills and knowledge that match or fit with their abilities as well as their interest. This orientation to the youth it’s an opportunity for them as they get information about opportunities around through findings from local labor market assessment which should help to show the way to start thinking about their future comparing what they have been chosen, as the youth are not aware about those opportunities in the area
